ACOUSTICS SOUNDBLOX | Sound Absorbing Concrete Masonry Units
SOUNDBLOX derives its sound absorption properties from a unique cavity slot resonator construction. It serves as a 2-in-1 construction which offers the transmission loss properties of a masonry wall whilst providing built-in sound absorption, hence eliminating the need for separate acoustic treatment. As a masonry wall system, it is able to withstand high impact and abuse. Easily integrated with ordinary hollow concrete blocks, SOUNDBLOX offers a rugged acoustic wall with up to 2-hour fire rating.
